As an experienced rural management consultant, I have extensive knowledge and understanding in developing, influencing and implementing rural policy in England at a national and local level.

Having managed European Rural Development Programmes, I use my knowledge and understanding to support rural stakeholders in all aspects of business analysis, planning, strategy writing and developing funding schemes often bringing clarity where others see a complex situation.

I am focussed with a drive and enthusiasm to support rural businesses achieve their full potential to get results that will lead to the achievement of sustainable outcomes and growth.

I support clients through:

• Providing support in both the public, private and voluntary sectors to adapt to economic changes, opportunities and risks
• Providing guidance to private sector businesses on business planning and the development of long-term funding strategies
• Developing and contributing to future policy through the development of strategic plans to the benefit of the rural economy
